一、产业配套情况 Industry Supporting Status
乳山市拥有规模以上制动零部件生产企业5家，产品广泛应用于汽车、摩托车、高铁制动系统，现已形成年产盘式刹车片3000万片、鼓式刹车片1000万片、鼓式制动蹄铁500万件、制动盘100万片的能力。区域内设立了省级汽车摩擦材料工程技术研究中心、省级高耐磨高耐蚀金属材料工程研究中心、中科院金属研究特种金属材料产业化基地等，具有较强的研发设计能力。
 There are five enterprises with a certain scale manufacturing brake parts widely used in cars, motorcycles, high speed rail brake system. At present, these enterprises have the annual output capacity of 30 million brake pads, 10 million drum brake pads, 5 million drum brake shoes and 1 million brake discs. Research institutions with strong research and design capacity have been set up in this park, such as Provincial Engineering Research Center of Automotive Friction Materials, Provincial High Wear and High Corrosion Resistant Metal Material Engineering Research Center, Special Metal Material Industrialization Base of Chinese Academy of Sciences Metal Research Institute and so on.
二、项目建设内容Project Construction 
拟依托已形成的产业优势，通过独资、合资、合作等方式引进刹车装置总成及链条配套项目，打造刹车装置生产基地。
Relying on the existing industrial advantages, the brake assembly and chain supporting project is to be introduced to build the brake assembly  manufacturing base by means of sole investment, joint venture or cooperation.
